Be WaryWe are researching 'Everything is Energy' David and Kristen Morelli, located in Boulder, Colorado. This organization claims to teach you metaphysical ways to attract money, wealth and anything else you desire. It's the same thing you can buy a book to understand and for $1000's of dollars less. They also conduct telephone coaching services under the assumption that they are licensed and have a degree in counseling. They do not have any degree in counseling, they are not licensed, and they are not professional therapist or psychologist. A motivational speaker as such many times has no credentials, no degree and no regulations. Often times they post many claims under the disguise of others on the net as recommendations. A licensed social counselor is trained to understand human behavior, personal issues and they have a code of ethics that they abide by. David, Kristen are not licensed! When an individual hides behind the label as aura reader, energy reader, psychic, gifted person, spiritual person and so on.. it's simply an attempt to deceive, make you think they have special powers. This approach allows them to bypass the educational system that certifies an individual has meet certain criteria, pass test and completed courses that are put in place to protect you from such money hungry, deceptive, people. Of all the pictures that one could post on a web site have you ever seen a professional therapist or psychologist picture on their site with a king's crown on? You decide whether its ego, cult like, or just fun. Also, they do not run or operate an orphanage. If you have been deceived in any way in giving these people $1000's of dollars for a few telephone sessions, denied a refund for unethical behavior, misled in the information given to you or if a elderly parent of your has been conned please let us known. Yep, she did the same to me. telling me and my husband that she could rid us of our bad vibes!!!! Of course it was all hush-hush because she said that she could not afford the expenduture of energy to help everyone. Or as me and hub say, only those that are stupid enough and have money to give her.
She's quite the gal.

It’s a shame
but Kristen’s own employees are deceitful. Teresa Marks is leaving the company
and stealing Kristen’s customers by taking personal data, files, advertising
software and billing information from everything is energy. While employed with Kristen, Teresa has gone
behind the backs of David and Kristen attempting to cheat them. Such deceitful
tactics should be a red flag in regards to her character. Any personal data that Teresa has taken could
be used against any of the clients if they don’t pay up. Teresa is not in
anyway licensed by the state, has NO degree in counseling or even taken ONE course
in human behavior, psychology, etc. What she is a con. Just like a fortune
teller she will attempt to take what she knows about you and twist it with by
adding a hint of mystery. Hopefully, all realize that there are about 10 highly
possible problems that we as people have. These people use a form of flow
charts to impress you for $100’s . It’s available to anyone but these people
want you to think they are gifted and will take your money. Go to a real
licensed, credited, degreed individuals and avoid being ripped off by her. Do you really think that your personal data,
questions, personal life secrets are secured lock away in an apartment room or
a back of a car?

This
deceitful approach has being going on for months with Teresa taking personal
information home with her and creating her own files so she can build up her
customer base.

Those of you
that have been approached by Teresa please contact David and Kristen. Please be
aware that Teresa is a con with a history.

I grew up being told by the "Authority figures" to fear God. We are a God fearing nation. I want to get beyond this fear and know that I am good enough for God to love and accept just as I am.

bomb’ the

If they
deceive you about the simple things, guaranteed they are lying about everything
else. They have only one agenda in mind, YOUR MONEY and Their Pockets!!! By
wording their background they are able to bypass State and Federal regulations
pertaining to educational credentials. They do not have to abide by laws that
prevent them from being sued for misconduct, misrepresentation, lies, deceit
revealing customer information, no privacy laws, they can tell all. These people are shams and at best CROOKs and
Con people. Do not give them money for what you can open a book to read. In 3 months
you will know more than them, be honest, better off and thousands of dollars
richer. According to rumor they are in the bloodline of Christ or royalty. Is
cult waiting to explode?

All they
really want is your money, they have no special healing powers, not obligated
to privacy laws and code of ethics. Please be careful, if you could see behind
the scenes, a day in their office, skiing trips, overnight parties, would reveal so much about them and their
entire band of deceivers. A special note to their employees, you knowing what
you know about these people make you just as guilty as them.

understand the rumor you refer to but you have it a little wrong. They claim to
be related to such which again it’s all lies. The public would not believe what
this guys are saying and doing to
collect your money. They recently purchased a million $ plus house in CO and
another in Costa Rica. They hand pick employees that are devious by nature, can
lie and mislead you while laughing and smiling at the same time. There is no
regulation to prevent these people because they simply make general statements about
their background. Fact is they have no degrees, no licenses, no code of ethics
and well the list and concerns go on and on. Their life coaches are coached in
money making, have no degrees, no formal training, no licenses, no over site by
state or federal regulation. In essence they can say, do anything they want to
including revealing all the details that you reveal to them. Avoid such, we
know of one employee who has the inside scoop on these people but is making so
much money that they will ride it until it falls , jump ship and then tell all
appearing to be the victim and starting a new business doing the same under the
same disguise.

received his alleged training from! Its gets better, his article states “David has the equivalent of a PhD in
the ability to see, read and heal energy, and is a highly sought after
Intuitive for top leaders in personal growth & development.” This man, his

This is an exact statement from their above website: He list “20 years
experience, is an expert in many fields” but yet list NO credentials, no
degrees, nothing, just a hollow list of false accomplishments to mislead and
obtain his next dollar from you. The reason they list it in this manner is that
they cannot be held liable for anything. The state cannot come after them
because he is implying he has training which he does not. Very tricky, very
deceptive, but still a lie is a lie! Example
1: he list himself as an expert in NLP, odd how he uses acronyms to describe Neuro Linguistic Programming which anyone can obtain online for under $100.
Example 2: Intuition and
Energy Healing, which equates to, ‘No one can pin down my abilities’, under the
claim of being a great healer. Example 3: Reiki, there are many levels in Reiki
training but he just uses the word itself. No indication what level, where he
was taught, etc? Example 4: Hands on Healing, another jumble of words and
baseless claim that no one can validate!
Example 5: Biofeedback, again just another term that means nothing. People
like David and Kristen use keywords to make people think that they are masters
of all which in fact they are no better you average charlatan. As with all good
charlatans they have master the gift of deception with presentation and
internet bombardment of their baseless claims.

Well they are
creating wealth what they don’t reveal is that its D&K making all the
wealth!

We fully
understand what you are saying, they milked our widowed mother law for big
$$$$$ and then kept telling her that she was destined to help rule the upcoming
new world! I heard they are building some kind of retreat or escape located in Costa
